If you'd like a WikiProject featured in an upcoming WikiProject report, feel free to add it to the list below. Note that these requests are entirely advisory, and may or may not be used in future reports. Please keep requests short and concise.
You can see if a WikiProject was previously interviewed by having a look at the list here: WikiProject report archives.
WikiProject Spoken Wikipedia is looking for people who are interested in helping out in our project to get our articles into an audio format that can be used for any number of uses including, but not limited to, visually impaired or people who just prefer to listen to the article instead of reading it for whatever reason they choose. We are also in need of people who speak other languages so that the proper pronunciation of words can be properly spoken into the audio file by the editors.
Paused Solicited interviewees at the talk page some time ago, but got no responses. Feel free to send me a message if anyone wants to participate in a potential interview. 🐶 EpicPupper(he/him | talk)21:53, 30 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The good volunteers of WikiProject Unreferenced articles are heroically slogging through over 143,000 unreferenced articles with a backlog dating back to January 2007 (as of writing January 2007 has 284 unreferenced articles). The project is semi-active which is shocking given the importance of well-referenced information to Wikipedia's overall purpose. There has been a boost in activity since this proposal was posted and we are trying to keep the momentum going. I have personally finished the December 2007 and July 2007 categories (incredibly satisfying) and would like to raise as much awareness as possible so the project could come back to fully active status and we would start working through this backlog in a more systematic fashion. If there is any interest in helping, please reach out! There is also an edit summary that can be used that links to the project to spread the word to other editors. - Kazamzam (talk) 12:26, 6 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
WikiProject Apple Inc. has been less active in recent years, and many articles are currently stuck at C-class or below. Several articles have seen minimal updated information beyond the 2000s or early 2010s. All help is appreciated! Theknine2 (talk) 20:53, 28 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
First, start a draft page. There are Workspace pages below if you wish. Please update the Workspace table so other editors know which pages are in use.
Notify the WikiProject. If you need it, a standard template is below (Template page) that you can copy and past to the destination WikiProject's name (don't forget to that WikiProject xxxx on the template to the name of the WikiProject).
Add the destination WikiProject to your watchlist to check for responses.
You can use the workspaces below as draft pages if you wish.
For each person taking part in the interview, post on their talk page a wikilink to their assigned workspace, and add their names to the User column below. There is a pre-formatted notification template for you to copy-and-paste to the interviewee's talk page. Remember to change the wikilink to the correct Workspace number for their WikiProject, and to add your signature with ~~~~ at the bottom.
This template can be used at destination WikiProject's talk page. Use the following code (replacing WIKIPROJECT NAME with the actual name of the WikiProject):
{{Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/Newsroom/WikiProject desk/Call for interviews|WIKIPROJECT NAME}}
The template looks like this:
== From the WikiProject desk at The Signpost ==
The Signpost - Call for interviews
We at The SignpostWikiProject desk are asking for your help.
We are seeking up to several active participants willing to contribute to an interview for possible publishing at the WikiProject Desk in a future issue.

Going forward, each participant receives a wikilink to the interview workspace questions about the project's work, problems and achievements.
When your interview is ready, you can submit it at the Signpost submissions page or simply include it in the newsroom. When it has received a copyedit and sign-off from the editor-in-chief, it will be published.
