Wikipedia's guidelines ask editors to avoid disputes by focusing on article content rather than editor conduct WP:FOC. Recent arbitration committee findings state that[1]

The committee also encouraged editors to take feedback and criticism into consideration. Editors that can't take criticism may not be receptive to warnings which limits the options when sanctions are needed.

The committee took on one new case involving WP:MEATPUPPETs on Michael Jackson in which five accounts were indefinitely banned.
