The Wilhelm scream

This cartoon was originally published by Greg Williams on March 20, 2007, as part of the WikiWorld series. Text was excerpted from the Wikipedia articles Wilhelm scream and Sheb Wooley.

WikiWorld was a weekly comic, carried by the The Signpost, that highlighted a few of the fascinating but little-known articles in the vast Wikipedia archives. WikiWorld offers visual interpretations on a wide range of topics: offbeat cultural references and personality profiles, obscure moments in history and unlikely slices of everyday life – as well as "mainstream" subjects with humorous potential.

An article by Greg Williams about Greg Williams says nothing why there is no Greg Williams on Signpost anymore. Care to comment? Staszek Lem (talk) 23:16, 2 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure what you are asking about. You might see the original, Or just tell me what you know that I don't (on this topic, that is). Smallbones(smalltalk) 00:53, 3 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I did find the byline somewhat confusing as the natural inclination as a reader is to assume the text right beneath it (in normal type) to be written by the person credited. Maybe that's what Staszek Lem is talking about. Nardog (talk) 15:08, 3 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry for the confusing form of the question. I was asking why there is no Greg's cartoons in Signpost anymore. Since this is a Signpost article signed by Greg, I guess he is alive and well. ...But no cartoons. Why? Staszek Lem (talk) 19:31, 3 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
